Shipping policy
- All orders are shipped from Ocean Springs, Ms .
- Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday upon completion. Please note that we do not ship on all Federal Holidays. Please allow additional time after holidays and warehouse closures.
- Shipping rates are based on the order subtotal amount as well as the total weight of the package and any additional handling fees. These rates are based off of the USPS current rates.
- If we happen to make a mistake on your order we 100% are truly sorry. We will correct your order right away by shipping it out USPS Priority. Please email goldengalcreations@gmail.com with any mistakes or defects you may receive.
- Most packages are shipped USPS Parcel Select Ground (Please take this into account when entering your shipping address.)
- USPS Priority Express shipping and Priority Mail are available for an additional fee at this time.
- Golden Gal Creations is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or re-routed shipments. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or re-routed, please contact your local post office for more information.
- PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your Paypal account AND on our website. PayPal purchases can sometimes alter your shipping address so please double-check at the time of purchase.
- Golden Gal Creations is not responsible for package delays or lost packages due to an address error entered by the customer. Any orders that are returned to us due to the fact that the incorrect shipping address was wrong WILL require additional shipping charges to reship the package.
